PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN SYNCUT 355 is a fully synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate formulated with new additive technology to provide maximum versatility in machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It combines exceptional extreme pressure and lubricity characteristics, providing outstanding tool life and surface finish on difficult to machine alloys, in a low pH formulation to minimize corrosion or "white rust" on all aluminum alloys. JICHUAN SYNCUT 355 contains no sulfur compounds and is "halogen-free," making it the ideal product for cutting and grinding of titanium where a sulfur and halogen-free coolant is specified. It utilizes new phosphate ester technology enabling it to out-perform other aqueous coolants in heavy duty operations on tough alloys.
JICHUAN SYNCUT 355 provides exceptional anti-rust protection, passing the ASTM D665A Rust Test at dilutions as lean as 100:1! It rejects tramp oil readily for easy skimming, and has excellent bioresistance for extremely long term service.-

TYPICAL USES:
JICHUAN SYNCUT 355 may be used for grinding and lightduty machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals at the following ratios:
Surface & O.D. Grinding 50:1
Centerless Grinding 30:1
Light Duty Machining 30:1
Moderate Duty Machining 20:1
Severe Duty,
Low A.I.S.I. materials 15:1
Optimum dilution ratios will depend on the actual operation, material, tooling, speeds and feeds, as well as surface finish requirements.
